Sales Consultant

-Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences.


-Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process.


-Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture.


-Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required.


-Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements.


-Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation.


-Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales.


-Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner.

; Requirements:-


-Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field


-Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet


-Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage


-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


-Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions


-Strong sales and negotiation skills


-Knowledge of pricing and product specifications


-Ability to work independently and meet sales targets


-Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations
