Sales Consultant ( Mandarin Speaker )

Job Description Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences. Explain and educate customers on product specifications, pricing, and installation process. Assist customers in selecting appropriate materials, finishes, and hardware for their customized furniture. Assist customers sales activities such as site measurement, on-site inspection, etc. when required. Utilize design software, such as AiHouse to provide customized furniture designs to customers based on their requirements. Maintain accurate customer records and sales documentation. Ensure timely follow-ups with customers to maintain good customer relationships and close sales. Resolve any customer concerns or complaints in a professional and timely manner. Job Requirements Diploma or higher certification in interior design or a related field Proven experience as a sales designer in a kitchen cabinet and/or other wood panel-based furniture retail outlet Proficiency in designing software such as AiHouse is an added advantage Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to understand customer needs and provide tailored design solutions Strong sales and negotiation skills Knowledge of pricing and product specifications Ability to work independently and meet sales targets Attention to detail and ability to create accurate and professional design presentations Mandarin speaker more advantage.
