Attend recruitment events such as education fairs, open days, industries and high school visits to promote our university and programs.
Utilize various marketing channels including social media, email campaigns and digital advertising to reach and engage with prospective students.
Participate in periodic brainstorming sessions for leads generation and conversion activities.
Provide enrolment guidance and support to enquiries and prospective students as per institution's guidelines.
Update all follow-up and engagement activities in CRM and account for leads to student conversion rates.
Work closely with leads nurturing and generation teams, improve the profiling of leads and optimise the leads to student conversion cycles.
Participate in training and team-building activities that may fall on Rest Day/Off Day.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Education, or related field.
Preferably minimum 2 years of relevant experience in sales, marketing, student recruitment or admissions within higher education or related industry.
Result-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding recruitment targets and goals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audience.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment, collaborating with colleagues across departments to achieve goals and deliver exceptional results.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, digital marketing and telemarketing tools will be a strong advantage.
Ability to converse in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia to effectively communicate with various clients in their languages.
