Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized operation executive to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery of invoices to clients. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities: Generate and issue invoices, reconcile goods received note and credit note to clients in a timely manner.Review and verify invoice details for accuracy.Maintain accurate records of all invoices issued and payments received.Assist in resolving discrepancies and client inquiries regarding invoicing.Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.Qualifications: Mathematically orientedStrong attention to detail and accuracy.
