Qualifications & experience Candidates must possess at least SPM/Higher Secondary/STPM/Pre-USelf-motivated and able to work well as a teamAttention to detailBasic computer skills - Microsoft Word and Excel Knowledge of SQL systems would be an added advantageAbility to speak and write Mandarin will be an added advantageWorking hours : Monday -Friday (9.00am -5.30pm) and candidate must be willing to work alternate Saturdays from 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Job Description: Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assist the sales team with daily tasks and follow-up on customer inquiries.Prepare sales quotations, invoices, and other documents.Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing.Maintain accurate records of sales and customer details.Support administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and office organization.Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse for delivery schedules.Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales and administrative matters.Assist in preparing sales reports and meeting materials.Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
