Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities:Perform file and document updating to respective country.
Maintain and prepare paperwork to ensure proper filing and storage.
Handle goods shipment arrangements to our foreign customers:
Check balance order
Ready goods
Issue loading list for goods loading
Prepare invoice, packing list, sales contract & other relevant documents
Liaise with courier service for goods and document delivery arrangements to respective country and follow up for delivery status.
Coordinate with production department to ensure goods are ready for delivery on specific dates.
Assist in maintaining customer relationships by email, including company introduction, product introductions, and special promotions.
Prepare product samples for sales personnel.
Handle inquiries from sales personnel or relevant parties via email.
Address sales personnel inquiries regarding stock availability with the store department.
Maintain document (quotation, commercial invoice, and packing list) filing system for respective countries.
Undertake any other tasks as may be assigned by superior from time to time.
