JOB DESCRIPTIONS: To answer incoming enquiries from email or phone callTo follow up with new enquiries, quotation and customer which given samples to, then close the dealSupport sales & marketing team to handle all works related to order fulfilmentManage customer's complaints and efficiently address their concerns with effective solutionsMaintain good relationships with customers and develop new customers by proposing more products or solutionsLiaise with sales & operation team on customers' orders and delivery statusTroubleshoot & resolve operational issue and implement preventive measuresGenerate sales report for sales head or sales team to perform sales activitiesAssist in any other task assigned by superior from time to time JOB REQUIREMENTS: At least a minimum qualification of SPMAt least 1-2 years relevant working experienceCommitted individualAble to work in a fast pace environmentOrganized and able to multi-taskProficient in Microsoft Word & ExcelCandidate with SQL accounting knowledge will have added advantage
