Job Description: Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution. Recommends potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs. Provide and update customer daily/weekly/monthly platform promotions and activities to the customer on time and actively generate sales to hit personal and team targets. Identify, assess, and measure the risk factors; analyze trading history patterns and current global financial markets risk; monitor, analyze and limit the probability of a financial loss or exposures to financial uncertainty. Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly client equity, margin figures and market data. Provide accurate, valid, and complete information by using the right methods/tools. Meet personal/team sales targets, actively generate new sales opportunities, and discover new customer base. Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents. Handle customer enquiries and complaints in a professional manner by CRM live-chat system. Provide proper manner to the customer. Work with customer service manager and supervisor to ensure proper customer service is being delivered. Perform any ad-hoc duties as and when required.
