Job DescriptionCoordinate sales activities by managing schedules, processing orders, and ensuring timely and efficient communication with clients and internal teams.
Communicate regularly with the China-based team to align on order updates, product availability, and delivery timelines.
Prepare and manage sales documents, including invoices, sales contracts, and purchase orders.
Track and report on sales metrics, including orders, inventory levels, and delivery timelines, and provide accurate reports for the sales team.
Support lead follow-up and customer inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience and maintaining strong client relationships.
Maintain and update CRM systems to ensure data accuracy and assist the sales team in meeting targets.
Organize and participate in sales events, meetings, and conferences as needed to support sales team efforts.
Stay informed about product information, industry trends, and company offerings to communicate effectively with clients.
Job RequirementsProven experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in a sales or customer service environment.
Fluent in English and Malay; proficiency in Mandarin is required to facilitate communication with the China team.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail.
