ResponsibilitiesGenerate and maintain sales leads to maximize revenue and meet departmental sales targets.
Provide timely and accurate responses to client inquiries and sales quotations.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients through regular communication and follow-ups.
Assist in organizing sales visits and presentations to promote hotel services to prospective clients.
Support the Sales team in implementing marketing and promotional strategies to drive business.
Assist the Sales Manager in implementing relationship marketing strategies and building long-term client partnerships.
Maintain up-to-date client records and assist in the preparation of sales reports for management.
Work closely with the Accounts Department to ensure timely payment collection and follow up on outstanding debts.
Assist in monitoring competitors' activities and providing insights for sales strategies.
Participate in sales training sessions and contribute to team meetings to improve sales performance.
Job SpecificationsCandidate must possess at least a Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality, or any other related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Must have a credit in SPM for the subjects: Mathematics and English.
Proficient in both English and Malay (oral and written).
Excellent knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and Word).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
