Sales Coordinator

As a Sales Coordinator, you play a crucial role in our sales team's success, ensuring that everything runs smoothly.
You'll create quotes, invoices, and delivery orders, and provide sales coordination and support.
With your attention to detail and organizational skills, you'll also help the sales team prepare regular reports.

Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide administrative support which includes creating quotations, sales orders, invoices, and delivery orders using the system.
Provide sales coordination and support which includes follow-ups, and any customer requests/issues/sales-related matters.
Oversee and monitor progress billings and collection of payments.
Prepare reports on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and maintain up-to-date reports.
Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least SPM level.
Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Malay.
Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Able to adapt to a fast-moving and fast-changing environment.
