About the roleWe are seeking a talented Sales Coordinator to join our team at Heritage Hotel Cameron Highlands. As a Sales Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in driving the hotel's sales and marketing efforts, contributing to the overall success of the business. This is a full-time position based in the beautiful Cameron Highlands region of Pahang.
What you'll be doing
Manage and coordinate all sales-related activities, including responding to inquiries, preparing proposals, and closing deals.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners.
Assist in the implementation of the hotel's sales and marketing strategies.
Participate in trade shows, events, and other promotional activities to generate new business opportunities.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective sales and marketing materials.
Provide administrative support, such as maintaining accurate records and generating sales reports.
Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
What we're looking for
Minimum 1 year of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the hotel/hospitality industry.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and colleagues.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow.
Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
