PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES: Assist and provide administrative support to the Sales team. Monthly commission calculation. Handle & process weekly and monthly orders - process PO and ensure invoicing are completed with accuracy. Prepare and update weekly & monthly reports.Assist in the preparation and organizing of promotional material – segregation, packing & courier.Coordinate and assist in arranging meetings and events. Support in any sales & marketing event during weekend/whenever required. (Example: Warehouse sales / Product Launch)Follow up on updates and communication between departments. COMPETENCY REQUIREMENTS: SPM/ STPM or Diploma holders in any fieldProficient in Microsoft Excel & WordsOrganised and able to carry multi-task responsibilitiesAble to work independently and work with the teamStrong in execution and follow-up skills


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
