Job Descriptions  Administrative Task:  Efficiently handle daily administrative duties.Welcome and assist office visitors.Receive goods and maintain inventory tracking.Manage phone calls, emails, letters, packages, and other correspondence.Process expenses, invoices, and purchase orders related to sales and marketing.Collaborate with the finance team for invoice and payment processing.Carry out additional administrative tasks as needed.Sales Support: Report to the Sales Operations department.Coordinate courier services and manage logistics.Ensure all sales documents are accurate and kept up to date.Work with the marketing team on campaigns and update social media channels.Process sales orders and liaise with various departments for smooth order fulfillment.Serve as a customer contact, addressing inquiries and resolving any issues.Maintain sales databases, track activities, and produce reports.Monitor stock levels and manage inventory movement for sales orders.Provide support to sales team members to ensure seamless order processing. Job Requirements: A Diploma in Business Administration or a related field is required.At least 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.Able to work both independently and as part of a team.Strong time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.Must be trustworthy and able to handle confidential information with discretion.
