Job Responsibilities: Assist on customer inquiries, providing timely and accurate information.Assist sales representative in preparing quotations & follow-up.Proactively follow up with the customers quotation and incoming sales order.Assist on customer issues and concerns, escalating to the appropriate channels when necessary.Monitor order status and address any issues that may arise during the fulfilment process.Collaboration between sales representatives and other internal departments.Keep informed customer about relevant updates, promotions, and product information.
