Sales Coordinator

Job Description: Assist in preparing Sales Orders and Job Orders, manage and track sales orders, and ensure that customers receive timely updates and deliveries.Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries, providing prompt and effective responses to resolve any issues and ensure a positive experience.Work closely with production, logistics, and marketing teams to align on timelines, customization details, and quality standards, coordinating scheduling and logistics to facilitate on-time order preparation and delivery.Proactively address and resolve customer concerns to maintain a high standard of service and customer satisfaction.Assist the sales team with follow-ups and support to help them achieve their sales targets and goals.Job Requirement: At least Diploma or Degree in Business Management, Business Administration, or any related coursesAt least 2-3 years working experience as a Sales CoordinatorStrong communication and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; SQL, CRM or ERP system experience is a plusHighly organized, with an ability to multitask and manage time-sensitive ordersFresh graduates are welcome to apply!
