Sales Coordinator

-Review and process customer orders accurately and in a timely manner. Ensure all sales documentation is complete and meets company and regulatory requirements.
-Handle order-related and other queries from customers, through both email and whatsapp 
-Arrange shipping schedules and liaise with freight carriers, couriers, and internal teams to confirm delivery timelines and any special shipping requirements.
-Issue sales transaction invoices and fulfil customer's billing requirements 
-Keep customers informed of order status, shipping details, and any delays. Provide tracking information and address customer inquiries about their shipments.
-Address any issues that arise in the shipping process, such as delays, damaged goods, or incorrect shipments. 
-Collaborate with relevant teams to resolve issues and maintain customer satisfaction
-Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
 
Requirements:
-Candidate must possess at least a SPM/STPM/Diploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
-Positive attitude, self-motivated and customer service orientation
-Able to speak and write English
-Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
-Language Skills: Able to read, write and speak English at a Intermediate level
