Sales Coordinator

Responsibilities: - Manage and co-ordinate day-to-day activities for salesdepartment such as preparing quotation, tenders, sales agreement/orders, sales report and etc.- Handle sales processingactivities and documentation, filing important documents andcommunicating relevant information to respective sales manager andpersonnel.- Responsible for PO and PR checking andapproval.- Understanding and filtering webpage enquiressuch as customer need and requirements before forwarding to directsales team to follow up.- Responding to and handling ofcomplaints and queries from customers in a courteous, enthusiasticmanner and provide after-sales support when requested.-Monitoring of all sales team's productivity status, scheduling orappointments and inform management of any shortcomings.
- Liaise with related departments for the processing of allorders with accuracy and timeliness.- Preparation ofbusiness correspondence eg. letters, email, minutes ofmeeting.- Assist Sales Manager for scheduling andevents coordination, meeting and follow up.
Requirements: - Possess a Diploma/ Degree in Business Administrative orequivalent.- Advanced skills in MS Word and Excel andother Microsoft Office applications.- 2 years ofrelevant working experience. However fresh graduates are encouragedto apply.- Aggressive, self-motivated, independent andable to work under pressure.- Good customer serviceskills including exceptional verbal and written communicationskills with problem solving capability.
