Job Description 1. To identify new business opportunities by tapping the potential customers locally and/or from different countries.
2. To plan, design, develop and implement different sales activities by researching the customer's needs and requirements.
3. To make sure that the existing clients are retained and maintained while developing the new customers.
4. To ensure that all sales and marketing activities are carried out within the agreed budgets, volume, sales, and within the given time scales.
5. To take initiative and efforts with collaborations from other department, to develop constructive and effective solutions to any issues that slow down or hamper the export and/or sales procedures and activities.
6. To constantly review distributor's performance and monitor their work, so that relevant information can be provided to the management.
7. Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
8. Arrange business meetings with prospective clients.
9. Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives.
10. Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines.
11. Ensure that shipments are in compliance with the laws and regulations governing the export industry.
12. Oversee and ensures arrangements for logistics are carried out in a timely and cost-effective manner.
13. Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc. to expedite the billing process.
14. Work closely with the Accounts Department on billing and collection of payment, ensuring such works are completed in a timely manner and take appropriate actions when required, including follow-ups on payment collectionProvide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support.
15. Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople.
16. To develop and maintain a positive company image and positive relations between the organisation and key customers, vendors and regulators.
17. Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
18. Represent the organisation to enter into discussions of projects, collaborations and/or new business developments.
19. To issue quotations and pro-forma invoices to prospective clients based on approved pricing by higher management.
Requirement Education Background :
- Possess at least Diploma/ Bachelor's Degree/ Professional Degree or equivalent

Experience :
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the same role in food manufacturing industries or relevant industries.

Require Skill :
- Experience in the application, process, procedures, preparation and submission of documents to the relevant government bodies for export markets.
- Proven sales track record
- Action-oriented and results-driven
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Possess business acumen and analytical skills
- Be flexible and adaptable to face past and dynamic working environment
- Be professional and assertive in dealing with internal and external parties
- Pleasant personality and value team work
