**Dealer Manager - DM**- **Working location **:Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya- **Job type**: Permanent- **Salary** : Max RM10,000- **Benefits **:5-day week, 18-days annual leave, RM1000 car allowance, hospitalization, dental, insurance, etc**Responsibilities**:- Formulate and suggest overall strategies for Peninsular Malaysia market for both vehicle sales and fleet sales to achieve company goals for Light Commercial Vehicle Division (LCVD).- Lead and manage Peninsular Malaysia dealers for LCVD to achieve company wholesale and retail sales target.- To provide overall market summary for Peninsular Malaysia market.- Suggest monthly sales policies to dealers in order to achieve target for LCVD.- Identify challenges and opportunities in Peninsular Malaysia and suggest action plan for LCVD.- Coach and guide subordinates.- Build and maintain good relationship with dealers.- Plan and execute company vehicle sales and fleet sales yearly and monthly strategies.- To manage, handle and provide solution for dealer management issues and dealer's conflict.- To build and maintain close communication with dealer principals, sales managers and bankers.- To monitor and check competitor's movement and report to superior.- To work closely with other departments to support dealer's sales and operation issues.- To perform regular visit to dealer and key fleet customer.- To suggest yearly sales directions, dealer sales target, monthly sales policies.- To lead Dealer Yearly Target Meeting and Mid-Year Target Meeting.- To conduct Monthly Division Meeting and Vehicle Sales Department meetings with management.- Monthly reporting to superior.- Assist in ad hoc tasks assigned by Superior.**Job Requirements**:- Bachelor's Degree in Business or relevant qualification..- 12 years of related working experience and in automotive distributor- Excellent communication and Presentation Skills.- Good knowledge in Microsoft Office Applications. (Power Point and Excel)- Good writing skills and negotiation skills.- From Automotive sector and have existing relationship with competitors and bankers.- Able to communicate well in Bahasa Malaysia and English, both verbal and written.**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: RM8,000.00 - RM10,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Professional developmentSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Performance bonus- Yearly bonus**Experience**:- dealer / channel sales: 10 years (preferred)
