-Support the Contract Department with Bill of Quantities (BQ) and costing when necessary.
-Communicate effectively with clients to understand their requirements and present design ideas and concepts.
-Handle projects independently from the conceptualization and development stages through to completion.
-Develop and present design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate ideas.
-Select appropriate materials, colors, lighting, and furniture to create cohesive and visually appealing designs.
-Prepare detailed drawings, specifications, and documentation for construction and installation purposes.
-Collaborate and coordinate with contractors and vendors to ensure smooth project execution.
-Participate in high-energy, collaborative team environments and project discussions.
-Conduct site inspections to ensure design accuracy and quality standards.
-Possess own transport and be willing to travel outstation when required.

; Requirements:-
-Diploma/Advanced Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, or Professional Degree in Art, Design, Architecture, Interior Design, or equivalent.
-Excellent communication skills in Mandarin and English.
-Minimum of 3 years of working experience in Interior Design.
-Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max, KUJIALE, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Microsoft Office.
-Strong ability to generate detailed drawings and coordinate design projects.
-Ability to create sketches and have good knowledge of reflected ceiling plans, MandE drawings, etc.
-Photography and visual merchandising skills are a bonus.
-Exceptional conceptual design and design development skills.
-Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in measurements and specifications.
-Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
-Highly independent, creative, rigorous, and organized with a strong design sensibility.
