Location : Hybrid (3 days work from home, 2 days in the office)
Salary : RM13,000 - RM15,000/month (+ team-based commissions)

Key ResponsibilitiesLead and Develop : Build and empower a high-performing team of SDRs and AEs to exceed KPIs.
Sales Enablement : Design cold call scripts, email/LinkedIn templates, and client playbooks.
Training & Reviews : Conduct pipeline reviews, coaching sessions, and weekly training programs.
Strategic Execution : Collaborate with leadership to implement sales processes and strategies that drive performance.
Relationship Management : Maintain and grow key customer accounts, ensuring consistent satisfaction and retention.
What You'll Need5+ years of proven success in leading and managing sales teams in complex environments.
A strong track record ofexceeding sales targetsand growing team success.
Expertise in CRM tools ( HubSpot preferred ) and knowledge of sales methodologies.
Exceptional communication, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Right to Work RequirementsCandidates with an existing right to work in the country are preferred

Permanent residents (PR) of this country
