The company is looking for a Sales Director (SEA) to spearhead their expansion plans in the region.Your new roleAchieve growth targets by managing the regional sales team.
Develop and execute a strategic business plan to expand the customer base.
Recruit, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives.
Foster strong, long-lasting relationships with customers to meet their evolving needs.What you'll need to succeedBackground in Electrical & Electronics (E&E) with experience in semiconductor or telco industries.
15+ years in a sales environment with at least 5 years of P&L management experience.
Proven ability to lead a pioneering sales team and contribute to building a sales organization.
Experience in the test and measurement sector is mandatory.What you'll get in return
