Sales Engineer - Concrete Admixture

VACANCY LOCATION:  Balakong ROLE SUMMARY: To hands-on and manage field activities meeting client's expectations. To meet and propose to clients on products and applications. To trouble-shoot precast/concrete issue at batching plants and jobsites; providing technical advice and solution.To build close relationship with clients and all level of personnel, especially those in the role of Technical/QC/Optimization Manager.To anticipate the changes of materials, market trend/needs and project specification for precast/concrete industry.To benchmark and understand competition.       To provide product and precast briefing to commercial team and clients.To ensure all existing and new products performance meeting clients' and project needs.To work with internal and Technical/R&D team for new product meeting clients and project requirements. To identify and follow up precast opportunities; offering solution and securing the business. To summarize update-to-date activities and opportunities; review with superior weekly. To perform such other duties which may be assigned by supervisor.  QUALIFICATIONS AND COMPETENCIES: Bachelor/Master Degree level orientated in Construction/Civil engineeringMinimum 3-5 years working experiences in cement industries with knowledge in concrete technology and field troubleshooting.Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and communication skills.  Able to work independently, self-driven and a positive attitude.Comprehension in writing and communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
