About the Role We are looking for a detail-oriented and innovative Sales Engineer to join our Sales & Commercial team.
In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling aerial drone equipment and solutions, providing technical expertise to customers, and ensuring that they receive the best-fit products and services for their needs.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Business Development : Identify new sales opportunities and cultivate long-term relationships with customers.
Customer Consultation : Work with customers to understand their business needs and offering technical consultation.
Product Demonstrations : Conduct on-site product demos and provide in-depth training sessions for customers on drone operations, safety protocols, and the use of software tools.
Pre-Sales Support : Collaborate with the Sales team to create compelling proposals, conduct technical assessments, and prepare product configurations to meet client requirements.
Post-Sales Support : Provide ongoing technical support, troubleshooting, and product maintenance services to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Market Research : Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and new technological advancements in drone solutions to identify sales opportunities and improve product offerings.
Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with the product development, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure timely delivery, installation, and technical support of products.
About You Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or any related technical field.
Proven experience in sales engineering, technical sales, or a similar role within the drone or technology industry.
Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Great communication and presentation skills.
Valid driving license with the ability to travel to customer sites for product demos and consultations.
Strong customer service orientation and team player.
Strong working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint for reporting, presentation and client proposals.
