Open Position: Sales Engineering, Executive (Equipment Manufacturing Company) An equipment manufacturing company is currently hiring a Sales Engineering, Executive to come and join them in the Selangor office. Key responsibilities include: Possess at least Diploma or higher in Business, Engineering and other related field.1 to 2 years of working experience in related field. Experience in Air filtration equipment, Cleanroom are preferable.Successfully meet personal sales targets by actively engaging in a range of sales activities.Deliver exceptional service to both potential and existing customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.Thoroughly complete all necessary billing and documentation tasks associated with sales transactions.Monitor sales progress and collection efforts to ensure timely and accurate financial outcomes.Offer comprehensive after-sales services to ensure customer satisfaction and address any concerns or issues that may arise. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to understand complex technical issues and provide innovative solutions.Willingness to travel to customer sites for meetings, presentations, and demonstrations (as required).
