Requirements: Candidate must possess at least diploma orabove qualification.Strong knowledge of theretail landscape and key players in the Klang Valleyarea.At least 3 years of field salesexperience preferably in an FMCGenvironment.Must be responsible,result-oriented, outgoing pleasant personality, mature, goodinterpersonal communication skills.Mandarinspeaking will be an advantage. (Have to deal with Chinacustomer)Willing to travel locally for clientvisits and store checks.Responsibilities: Develop and execute sales strategies targetinghypermarkets, supermarkets, and other modern trade outlets in theKlang Valley area.Experience in starting up and growing atrading business, including market entry strategies, supplierrelationships, and distribution channels.Build and maintain relationshipswith key buyers and decision-makers in the modern tradesector.Negotiate and secure listings,promotional activities, and product placement to boost brandvisibility and sales.Monitor in-storeactivities, including stock levels, displays, and competitorproducts, to ensure optimum productperformance.Track and analyze salesperformance, identifying opportunities for growth andimprovement.Coordinate with the merchandisingteam to ensure timely product delivery and effective in-storeexecution.To attend training, meeting, andtroubleshoot customers' problems.Toparticipate in sales campaigns, promotion and productlaunchings.Monitoring and tracking of salesachievement, return, collection &etc.
