Our client "UA Materials Sdn Bhd" is seeking a Sales Executive to  join their company!   What you'll be doing? Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration in the company.Service existing customers by obtaining sales orders and establish new potential customers by planning and organizing daily visitation schedule.Work closely, regularly visit major customer and prospects to maintain excellent business relationships with existing and new customers.Attend to customers' enquiries and follow up with quotations.Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.Possessing of orders and after sales service. Ensure Sales Target are achievedManage payment collections from customers in accordance with the company terms and procedures at all timesFollow up and collect payment from the customers based on the credit term applied at a timely
manner.Assist in implementation of sales strategy set by company.Conduct market research, identify opportunities and monitor development trends of market and feedback to the management.Actively participant Submit report to HOC on monthly basis and attend weekly meeting.To perform any other duties that may be assigned by your superior or the Management from time to time as deemed necessary. Who?are?they?looking?for? Minimum Requirements - Education, Working Experiences, Job Knowledge, Skills & Abilities: 
Possess at least Professional Diploma or Degree in any field.Good interpersonal skills, aggressive and result oriented.High reliability, dependability & detail person.Team player and can work independentlyPassionate, hardworking, polite and persuasive communication skills.Demonstrated commitment to completing tasks and objectives. Minimum 2 years of working experience in sales under constructions materials related field is required. Possess own transport.Excellent speaking and writing skills in English, Malay & Chinese.Required candidate with sales related experience from the construction and building materials industry. Prefer candidate who worked under MNC, with knowledge in selling construction and building materials.
