Sales Executive B2B (Entry Level & Experienced)

Job Description:



-Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.


-Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).


-Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business negotiations.


-Manage and update the CRM system to track sales activities.


-Prepare detailed sales reports and conduct market analysis to identify trends.

Junior Level (Entry-Level):



-Learn and apply sales techniques under the guidance of senior team members.


-Assist in responding to customer inquiries and following up on leads.


-Provide support in achieving overall team sales goals.


-Participate actively in sales training programs to build skills.

Senior Level (Experienced):



-Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance team performance.


-Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.


-Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.


-Collaborate in setting team sales targets and ensuring their achievement.
