Job DescriptionJob Description:
Build and nurture relationships with new and existing clients.
Meet and exceed sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and business negotiations.
Manage and update the CRM system to track sales activities.
Prepare detailed sales reports and conduct market analysis to identify trends.
Learn and apply sales techniques under the guidance of senior team members.
Assist in responding to customer inquiries and following up on leads.
Provide support in achieving overall team sales goals.
Participate actively in sales training programs to build skills.
Mentor and train junior sales team members to enhance team performance.
Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.
Collaborate in setting team sales targets and ensuring their achievement.
