Position: Sales Executive (Chinese Speaker) Working Location: Puchong, Selangor Working Hours: Monday to Friday (8.30am to 6pm) Salary: RM3-4k basic (Depending on experience) + HIGH Commission Benefits: Competitive salary and commission structureAnnual BonusMedical LeaveAnnual Leave Job Responsibilities: Sales and Business Development: Identify and develop potential clients in industrial sectors; present and promote products/services to meet customer needs.Client Relationship Management: Maintain long-term client relationships, ensure satisfaction, and propose value-driven solutions.Negotiation and Deal Closing: Negotiate agreements on price, delivery, and service terms; close deals ensuring both customer and company requirements are met.Market and Industry Research: Stay ahead of the competition through research on industry trends, market demand, and competitor activity; analyze customer feedback for product improvement.Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis to refine strategies and enhance performance.Compliance and Documentation: Ensure adherence to company policies; maintain accurate documentation of client interactions, contracts, and schedules.Travel and Field Work: Travel to client sites, factories, and attend industry events to understand client needs and stay updated on industry trends.
Job Requirements: Good command of Chinese & English language.Minimum 1-2 year(s) of working experience in B2B or relevant.Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Proven track record in sales and client relationship management.Willingness to travel as required.Sales-oriented positions available—fresh graduates encouraged to apply!
