Sales Executive (Consignment Partnerships)

About the Role:
Wayne Group Holdings Sdn Bhd is looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive to join our team. This role focuses on growing and managing our consignment partnerships to ensure consistent sales growth. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who excels at building relationships and driving results.
Responsibilities:



-Identify and secure new consignment opportunities to expand our retail presence.


-Maintain and grow existing consignment partnerships by fostering strong relationships with store owners.


-Oversee stock management for consignment stores, including initial stocking, monthly restocks, and ensuring displays are well-maintained.


-Collect payments from consignment partners in a timely manner.


-Monitor consignment sales performance, analyze trends, and implement strategies to drive sales growth.


-Communicate effectively with the internal team to ensure stock availability and promotional alignment.


-Prepare and submit regular sales reports, maintaining accurate records using basic Excel tools.

Basic Allowance Provided:



-Monthly allowance between RM1500 to RM2800++ provided

-Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and maintain long-term partnerships.


-Self-motivated, responsible, and organized with excellent time management.


-Proficient in basic Excel and capable of managing sales records and reports.


-Must have a valid driver's license and own transport for store visits and deliveries.


-Previous experience in sales, retail, or consignment partnerships is an advantage but not required.
