Best Global Logistic Technology (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd is seeking a highly motivated individual to join our Business Development team.
In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth by developing strategic partnerships, expanding market presence, and identifying new business opportunities.

Salary: Basic + Fixed Allowance + Commission (depends on sales capability, no cap)

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve the company's local delivery targets.
Identify and document local parts customers within the region.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional customers, ensuring seamless communication between customers and the company/site.
Maintain customer satisfaction and handle after-sales service effectively.
Oversee the collection, transfer, transportation, and delivery of local parcels from customers.
Meet the market share and shipment targets for the brand within the region.
Qualifications:
Minimum diploma in any field.
Fluency in Mandarin (required to communicate with our headquarters in China).
Strong ability to work independently and excellent public relations skills.
Strong data analysis and logical thinking skills.
Preferred: Experience in chain management, channel management, franchisee management, or related fields.
Ability to work 5.5 days a week (Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00; Saturday, 09:00 - 14:00).
Must have own transportation to visit franchisees.
Willingness to work overtime and travel outstation when required.

Proven track record in business development or a related role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
