Sales Executive (Fresh Graduate Welcome To Apply)

Job Description: Respond to project sales inquiries through various channels including telephone, website, social media, email, billboards, banners, buntings, walk-ins, and promotional activities.Participate in roadshows, exhibitions, and events to generate new prospects and leads to meet sales targets.Support all sales and marketing activities and events as planned by the company, including weekend and public holiday duties at the Sales Gallery, Show House, or during roadshows/exhibitions.Attend appointments with prospects, purchasers, bankers, valuers, and solicitors.Assist in organizing upcoming and existing project sales launches, documentation, marketing activities, and promotional materials.Conduct continuous research on market trends and update market studies.Follow up and coordinate sales-related transactions for all sold properties, liaising with end-financiers and finance on sales documentation and credit control.Assist in the handover of Vacant Possession units and provide after-sales service. Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays when required.Strong sales, negotiation, interpersonal, communication, and networking skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office.Ability to speak and write in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Chinese.Proficiency in local dialects is an added advantage.Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply as on-the-job training will be provided.
