Sales Executive (Full-Time)

Job Responsibilities:

- Prepare accurate quotations for customers based on their requirements.
- Follow up with potential and existing clients via phone calls and emails.
- Maintain and build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Track and manage leads through the sales pipeline, ensuring timely follow-up and closure.
- Assist in identifying new business opportunities by understanding customer needs.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure the proposed products/services meet client needs.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and customer feedback.

Requirements:

- Diploma or degree in Business, Sales, IT, or related fields.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Good phone etiquette and experience in following up with clients.
- Prior experience in IT product sales is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Nominal Salary: To be agreed
