Sales Executive (Genting Highlands/Langkawi)As a Sales Executive, your main role is an intermediary between the organization and its clients.
Sales Executive responsibilities include attending prospects and providing guidance to buyers and homeowners.Job ResponsibilitiesTo provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
Determine clients' needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
Attend to all prospects in property gallery, property exhibition, roadshow, etc.
Actively source and meet potential prospects for sales closure.
Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects in the property industry.
Update weekly/monthly sales reports & perform related work as assigned.
Remain knowledgeable about real estate markets and best practices.Job RequirementsA high school diploma (SPM/STPM) is the minimum educational requirement for this position.
Proven working experience as a real estate agent or real estate salesperson / property developer background.
Street savvy, independent, and a Go-Getter attitude capable of achieving high performance sales results.
Excellent product knowledge & strategic prospecting with superb negotiation & communication skills.
Ability to converse in Mandarin/Cantonese is an added advantage, as staff will be dealing with foreign investors.
Must be willing to work 5.5 days a week.
