Sales Executive

We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic Sales Executive to join our Business Development department. This role is essential for driving sales and engaging with our target customers: primarily companion animal clinics, as well as other medical sectors, including human healthcare. The ideal candidate will possess the skills and enthusiasm needed to cover sales activities, including engaging customers, closing deals, and following up with clients. Additionally, proficiency in speaking and writing in Chinese is required for engaging with suppliers and managing sales communications.
**Key Responsibilities:** 1. Customer Engagement:
Proactively reach out to companion animal clinics to introduce and promote our veterinary equipment and consumables.Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within the clinics.2. Sales and Closing Deals:
Effectively communicate the value and unique selling points of our products to potential customers.Negotiate terms and close sales deals to meet or exceed sales targets.Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the benefits and features of our offerings.3. Follow-Up:
Provide excellent after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.Address any customer concerns or issues promptly and effectively.4. Supplier Engagement:
Communicate with suppliers or principals to manage sales and ensure the supply chain runs smoothly.5. Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.6. Business Development:
Collaborate with the Business Development department to identify and pursue new sales opportunities.Assist in developing and executing sales strategies to expand market reach and achieve business objectives.7. Any other duties assigned by the Company as and when deemed necessary.
Qualifications: Proven experience in sales, preferably within the veterinary or medical equipment and consumables sector.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong negotiation and closing skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Knowledge of the veterinary industry and companion animal clinics is an added advantage.Proficiency in Chinese Speaking and Writing is required.MUST have own transport and be able to travel.
