WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Serve as the go-to expert for Employee Benefits within the company, supporting all stages from onboarding to claims processing. (You'll receive training on the Employee Benefits front). Prospecting and hunting for leads via cold calls and research. Negotiating with prospects to achieve win-win situations to close a deal. Achieve individual sales targets efficiently and effectively. Collaborate with financial advisor representatives to restructure insurance for prospective clients. Conduct thorough market segment analysis to identify key opportunities for group products. Handle service-related inquiries for both existing and new Employee Benefit clients. Manage follow-ups on outstanding premiums and claims excesses. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements set by Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM). Serve as a liaison between the company and insurance/Takaful operators. Requirements WHAT WE EXPECT OF YOU:

A strong drive in excelling in direct sales. Fresh graduates and those new to the workforce are encouraged to apply. No prior knowledge of insurance is necessary; we offer in-house sales and product training to help you become proficient in the field. Adaptability, can-do attitude, and a deep hunger to improve.  Resilience to handle setbacks and customer rejections.  Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving targets and delivering results. If you have a keen interest in leveraging technology to create distinctive propositions for the Malaysian market and enhancing the efficiency of insurance processes, we would like to hear from you.
