Collaborate with internal teams, such as marketing, product development, and operations, to align sales efforts with overall business goals.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and reports to track performance and make data-driven decisions.
Monitor and evaluate sales performance against targets and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
Implement corrective actions and adjustments as needed to optimize sales performance and productivity.
