As key personnel for the company's success in delivering our hotel products, facilities, and services to customers, the Sales Executive is a multifaceted role that will execute the business development of hotel products, facilities, and services plans. This includes delivering effective messaging and communication to customers and selling to meet the company sales targets. You'll be actively meeting prospective and existing customers, building channel partners, sharing and selling our products, facilities, and services while listening to and analyzing their feedback for continuous improvement.
ResponsibilitiesSupport Sales Manager in developing a strategic sales plan that will bring the hotel products, facilities, and services to every company in the targeted segments for their usage.
Be a Sales Ambassador of Le Quadri Kuala Lumpur by speaking and presenting (selling) our products, facilities, and services to external audiences. Build awareness of our products, facilities, and services and successfully sell to them.
Work with Sales Manager and marketing department to develop messaging to promote on various platforms that differentiate our products, facilities, and services from what's in the market; bringing product awareness to the targeted market in the short term and nationwide in the longer term.
Contribute and jointly develop sales collateral with the marketing department that is punchy, memorable, and impactful to the targeted audience to maximize sales results.
Sell and build a customer database that will utilize our hotel products, facilities, and services to achieve company sales targets. This includes cold calling, presentations, and giving tours of our hotel.
Build and manage channel partnerships by conveying the value of our hotel products, facilities, and services to them and their clients.
Keep abreast by constantly collecting, researching, and analyzing market and competitor offerings to ensure the competitiveness of our products and services.
Update and present weekly sales forecasts and pipeline reporting. Plan and share action plans to meet sales targets for the month, quarter, and year.
Attend special sales promotions or marketing activities organized by the hotel.
Work closely with Operations and F&B departments to build and implement customer relationship management plans to ensure customer satisfaction and enhance the user experience to the highest level of customer excellence.
Collaborate with Sales Manager/Director of Sales and Marketing to manage and set pricing guidelines.
Ensure Corporate Accounts Receivables (AR) and collections are completed timely.
RequirementsDiploma/Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Management/Sales/Marketing.
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Sales, Sales Operations, Coordination, or Sales Management.
Experience in Hotel and Hospitality sales will be an added advantage.#J-18808-Ljbffr
