Sales data:Gather data on customer preferences and buying habits to create targeted sales campaigns
Product knowledge:Keep up to date with product and industry trends
Teamwork:Participate in team meetings
Customer relationship management:Create and maintain customer relationship management data
To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
Diploma in Business Management, Customer Relationship Management, Communications, Business Administration, or any other related field.
The equivalent of this in working experience is also acceptable for this position.
At least 3 years of experience in a Sales role
Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
Some experience in business-to-business consultative solution sales within the Retail sector and/or sector where service levels are a key driver.
Proficient business writing and presentation skills and a thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office products
