Job Description for Sales Executive We are looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Executive to join our team at *Arora Engineering Works*.

Key Responsibilities: Coordinate with clients and maintain strong relationships.
Communicate product information effectively in English and Hindi.
Generate leads, manage product inquiries, follow-ups, and close sales deals.
Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives.
Report updates to management regularly.
Handle customer queries and resolve issues professionally.
Work under pressure to meet deadlines and targets.
Actively learn about new products and technologies.
Qualifications & Skills: A mechanical background (B.Tech, M.Tech, Polytechnic in Mechanical or similar).
Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
Strong desire to learn and grow in a dynamic work environment.
Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
