Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive at Scientex Packaging (Ayer Keroh) Berhad located in Ayer Keroh.
The Sales Executive will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with clients, closing sales, and achieving sales targets.
What you'll be doing
Actively manage and develop relationships with key accounts, ensuring exceptional customer service and satisfaction
Identify and qualify new sales opportunities, negotiating and closing deals that meet or exceed revenue targets
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored packaging solutions
Provide regular reporting on sales activities, pipeline, and performance
Contribute to the development of sales strategies and initiatives to drive business growth
Stay up to date with market trends, competitor analysis, and industry developments
Prepare sales documentation including quotation and collection of credit timely
Monitor customer satisfaction to ensure service fulfilment
Qualifications
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proven track record in sales and achieving targets
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Previous experience in sales or a related field
Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
