What You'll Be Doing:
Sales Prospecting : Follow up on leads generated through sales activities to close deals.
Sales Launches & Events : Assist in organizing and coordinating property launches, exhibitions, roadshows, and other sales events.
Hit & Exceed Targets : Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.
Client Acquisition & Database Management : Identify potential clients, establish relationships, and maintain a solid client database.
Property Tours : Organize appointments and conduct property tours or site visits to showcase our properties.
Presentations : Confidently present property features and benefits to potential buyers.
Lead Follow-up : Engage and follow up closely with leads generated by marketing campaigns to secure sales.
Sales Reporting : Prepare regular reports to track leads, sales performance, and targets.
On-Duty Support : Assist at roadshows, sales events, and the sales gallery when required.
Agency Support : Collaborate with sales agencies to ensure smooth property viewings and procedures.
Client Support : Provide exceptional ongoing support to clients throughout the sales process, addressing inquiries and resolving any concerns.
Any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
Minimum Requirements:
ADegree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Studies, Mass Communication , or equivalent.
2-4 years of experiencein property management, real estate, or a related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
A flexible, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) is a must.
