-Carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys to indentify market potential and market development activitives


-To provide feedbacj to management on market sentiment and customer reviews


-Handling customer complaints independently which follow the company SOP


-Maitaining relationships with all clientsby making regular communications, understanding their business needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities


-Provide sales reports and analyse monthly revenue and report customers's movement.

-Preferably 1 year of working experience in the building material industry
