Sales Executives are responsible for overseeing the process of business development within the company to promote its longevity. Their duties include finding and retaining clients, encouraging extant clients to purchase added products or features, and remaining abreast of changes in consumption and market trends. They are also required to attend networking events to attract and build client relationships, and to come up with new business ventures.
Job Responsibilities: Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by the company To independently acquire new customers and penetrate new markets Creating sales opportunities through direct contact, word-of-mouth, and running outbound campaigns and collaborations Identify customer needs and propose strategies to enhance customers' loyalty, value-added satisfaction and competitive advantages Conduct networking and build relationships with customers and potential customers Develop and implement result-oriented sales strategies Preparation of timely reports toward management Requirements : At least two (2) years of impressive track record in sales and marketing Hands-on experience with multiple sales techniques (including cold calls) Experience in logistic services and/or transport industry highly valued Language proficiency: English, Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin. Mature personality with strong interpersonal and social skills, and able to work assertively Result oriented, driven to achieve and exceed targets, meet deadlines Effective communication and presentation skills, able to deliver in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin Possess own means of transportation and willing to travel Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
