Sales Executive

Responsibilities: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Identify customers' needs and wants. Recommend and display items that match customer needs. Manage point-of-sales processes. Keep up-to-date with product information. Accurately describe product features and benefits. Follow all companies policies and procedures. To prepare a weekly report to the maagement. Requirements: Proven working experience in retail sales. Good understanding of sales principles and customer service practices. Track record of over-achieving sales quota. Strong communication and interpersonal skills (English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia) Customer service focus. Friendly, helpful, confident and engaging personality. Basic administration skills. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Professional Certificate in Marketing or equivalent. At least 3 years(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
