Your main responsibilities include: Customer Engagement: You will be the primary point of contact for our valued customers. Your professionalism and confidence will shine through as you deliver the highest level of customer service.Sales Development: Get ready to explore a variety of channels, from referrals and networking to cold calls and face-to-face meetings, to identify and nurture sales opportunities.Relationship Building: Building and maintaining relationships is key to your success. You'll interact with clients, vendors, and visitors in a professional manner to strengthen connections.Follow-Up: Ensure that existing customers receive the attention they deserve by following up and providing ongoing support.New Account Acquisition: Reach out to potential new accounts and introduce them to our company, making a lasting first impression.Reporting: Keep us in the loop with your weekly sales run sheet, detailing client visits, projects, follow-ups, and more. Prepare for monthly sales meetings by providing feedback on current and potential sales and market positions.Adaptability: Be ready for other duties as assigned, contributing to our team's success in various ways. What do we need from you (Job Requirements): To thrive in this role, you should possess: Education: SPM and above.Experience: A minimum of 1 year in sales.Attributes: Be a self-starter with meticulous attention to detail, a high degree of initiative, and unwavering integrity. Display strong customer service orientation, and possess analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.Tech-Savvy: Comfortable with computer applications, including MS Office, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.Language Skills: Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Bahasa Malaysia. Fluency in Mandarin is a must, as the role involves dealing with Mandarin-speaking clients.Location: Willing to be based in Central or North cover the Northern Region or Based in Kuantan cover East Coast region.
