-Proactively feed market intelligence for business planning processes.


-Carry out market research, competitors and customer surveys to indentify market potential and market development activitives


-To provide feedback to management on market sentiment and customer reviews


-Handling customer complaints independently which follow the company SOP


-Maintaining relationships with all clientsby making regular communications, understanding their business needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities


-Provide sales reports and analyse monthly revenue and report customers's movement.


-Enable handle the existing clientele and potential / new clientele consistently.

-Holder of a Postgraduate Diploma or Professional Qualification in Business, Marketing, or a related field in the construction industry


-Preferably 1 year of working experience in the building material industry


-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
