OPEN FOR FEMALE ONLY Job Requirements: Candidate must have Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.Candidate must have experience in international sales for 2-3 years.Able to travel oversea.Excellent verbal and written communication skills especially in English.Excellent strategizing and persuasive skills with high degree of integrity.Strong numerical and analytical skills.Proven sales and customer service skills with strong negotiation abilities.  Job Description: Market Research and Analysis: Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential markets, consumer trends and competitor strategies. Analyze data to develop targeted sales strategies.Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities in international markets. Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, distributors and partners.Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets and expand market share. Collaborate with the sales team to identify key accounts and develop customized sales approaches.Client Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for international clients, addressing inquiries, providing product information and ensuring customer satisfaction. Develop long-term relationships to foster repeat business and referrals.Negotiation and Contract Management: Negotiate pricing, terms and contracts with clients and partners. Ensure all agreements are mutually beneficial and align with company objectives.Sales Performance Tracking: Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics and generate reports to assess progress towards goals. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective measures as needed.Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, production and logistics to coordinate sales activities, ensure product availability and support promotional efforts.Market Expansion Strategies: Continuously evaluate market dynamics and identify opportunities for market expansion. Develop strategies to enter new markets, launch new products and increase brand visibility.
